Stop motion is an animation technique to make a physically manipulated object appear to move on its own. Even though it need many photographed frames to create a video, but it's worth because the final work will become interesting and perfect. 2nd assignment- Branding @ Bus-stop

This is one of my favorite project, build a mini branding bus-stop. Why I like it so? It's because this assignment no really focus on digital work, but your handwork. So Mr.Zulkiffli ask us to find 1 local brand to use it as our branding in bus-stop. Finally I found 1 cafe which is Gasoline. Gasoline Cafe is totally new dining sensation that suits the modern lifestyle. And the special concept is the cafe emphasized on comic themes.

Hope I can done this job well, because this is my second time to build a mock up. First time experience is quite nice, so this time I must do it much more better than first time. Hope it really works !

My first assignment - Monument design

This assignment is to identify one building in Cyberjaya/ Putrajaya. In final i found this building which is IMPACT - International Multilateral Partnership Against Cyber Threats. Impact is dedicated to bringing together government, academia, industry leaders and cyber security experts to enhance the global community's capacity to prevent, defend against and respond to cyber threats. So below here is one of the factory in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Impact is a International factory, so i use earth in my design to represent International company. Beside that why i use metal form to create the whole monument. It's because I want to show how strong and stable of this company. Beside that, this is a company that talk about security, so is quite suitable to use metal form to present it.

Final part is where to place the monument. Here I choose in front the main gate. It's easy to people to see from far and eye catchy.

My Dream house

House is a home, building or structure that is a place for human beings to live under protect. Beside that, people leave their houses during the day for work and recreation and return to them to sleep and for others activities.

If create a themes for my house, i wish to have a clean and comfortable as my themes. When back to home, i can liberate all the troubles feel free and comfortable. Here i found some example :

Typography

Here I wanna share some Typography design with u guys. Hope u all enjoy it =)

I found out that arrangement of font is very important. From far, we will attracted by the shape of the font. Just like this picture ' I love typography. If look closer and read properly, it's become ' I love typography alot '. It really creative design of font because the arrangement of the word become a meaningful sentences. I really like it ! ^^

Another favorite - colourful works. What I can get from here is the words moving from left bottom. Showing powerful ~

This design always make me feels it's a magazine cover. The arrangement of the font or what ? By the way, it really a good design.

3D typo design cover with newspaper. My opinion, 'read all about it' words cover with newspaper/ magazine actually try to bring the message that remind us to read those newspaper or magazine. I don't know it's correct or not, but this is what I get from it. How about u ?

Sony Ericsson Concept store

This is the one of concept store that i found in The Garden shopping mall, Kuala Lumpur - Sony Ericsson. This concept store is mainly on mobile devices. In this picture we can see many of Sony Ericsson mobile phone place nicely and we can try out the latest of Sony Ericsson mobile phone inside this shop. This concept is quite good because it created confidences to consumer when consumer try on the phone before purchase it.

Beside that, this is the one of the best concept store that I see before. First, the lighting. It create a comfortable feeling to consumer when looking on the product. Beside that, it also look noble and tidy because of the design and arrangement of the shop. Lastly is the space, it enough space to consumer to walk around the shop to look out their product.

In my opinion, concept store actually not mainly on their product but their brands. I believe that in future, almost all branded shop will become a concept store.

What is Environment Design?

Environmental design is the process of addressing surrounding environmental parameters when devising plans, programs, policies, buildings, or products. Classical prudent design may have always considered environmental factors; however, the environmental movement beginning in the 1940s has made the concept more explicit.

Environmental design can also refer to the applied arts and sciences dealing with creating the human-designed environment. These fields include architectural, city planning, landscape architecture and interior design.Environmental design can also encompass interdisciplinary areas such as historical preservation and lighting design. In terms of a larger scope, environmental design has implications for the industrial design of products: innovative automobiles, wind-electricity generators, solar-electric equipment, and other kinds of equipment could serve as examples. Currently, the term has expanded to apply to ecological and sustainability issues.

So for my first understanding, environment design is to design something around we all, what we see in our daily life. It also can consider as designing something around us to make our life more interesting.
